Flavor Mixing Tank Milk Butter Project Milk Fat Production Line Cream Processing
Sweet and acid butter production process:
Raw milk → separation → standardization →degassing→sterilizing→fermentation → mature → add pigment → blend →clean→add salt→dehydration → packaging
(note: fermentation, add pigment, add salt is for acid cream process, no need for sweet cream process)
YGT Process description:
We use milk or single cream(fermented or no fermented) ,add food additives, nutrition enhancer to get the products that fat content is below 80%.
Water-free butter(cream) process flow:
1st way:
Raw milk → separation → single cream → pre concentration → homogenization → centrifugal concentration → vacuum drying → packaging
2nd way:
Raw milk → separation → cream→dissolving→centrifugal concentration→vacuum drying → packaging
Process description:
We use milk or single cream(fermented or no fermented),add food additives, nutrition enhancer to get the products that fat content is below 99.8%.
