Introduction of flat die pellet machine
The SKJ series flat die type pellet machine is good for press different kind of materials into columnar type pellets, it is mainly suing for straw feed pellet making, organic fertilizer pellet making, and small capacity wood pellets making.
The flat die pellet machine working, the motor power is transmitted to the main shaft by the transmission mechanism, and the main shaft drives the die to rotate; the material rotates with the die and is forced to be squeezed between the die and the roller, under the above action mechanism, the material is continuously pressed into the die hole, and finally extruded from the die hole to form columnar shape pellets, which are finally rolled out from the discharging port through the material discharging device.
The flat die pellet machine can make different diameter size of pellets from diameter 2mm to 10mm, by change the machine inside flat die, but other parts no need change. The output pellets with columnar shape, and if you want to making ball like pellets, we can provide the ball shaper machine to connecting with the flat die pellet machine. Which can process the columnar shape pellets into small ball type pellets.
The flat die pellet machine can press different kind of animal waste into organic fertilizer, such as chicken dung, cow dung, sheep dung, and other animal waste... The output pellets is good fertilizer for crop planting using.
