The 1050 aluminum coil belongs to pure aluminum coil series.The
aluminum content of the 1050 aluminum coil is 99.50%.Aluminum coils
have high plasticity,corrosion resistance, good conductivity and
thermal conductivity,but low strength, no heat treatment to
strengthen,poor cutting,acceptable for contact welding, gas
welding. According to the international brand naming principle, the
aluminum content must reach 99.5% or above for qualified
products,because it does not contain other technical elements,so
the production process is relatively simple, the price is
relatively cheap, is the most commonly used series in the
conventional industry at present.
1060 aluminum coil has the characteristics of flat surface,high
cleanliness, suitable for polymer welding, and product
elongation,tensile strength,fully able to meet the conventional
processing requirements(punching, drawing)high formability, is
widely used in soft batteries Connections, aluminum-plastic panels,
lamps, signs, and other fields.
1100 aluminum coil is the most commercially pure alloy of all the
aluminum grades. It includes a 99% or greater content of aluminum
compared to other aluminum alloys.The most common way to form 1100
aluminum coil is cold working. However pure aluminum can be hot
worked as well.1100 aluminum coil can reach international
standards,so the quality can be guaranteed.
3003 aluminum coil is AL-Mn alloy,which is the most widely used
rust-proof aluminum and can not be strengthened by heat
treatment.Therefore,it adopts cold processing method to improve its
mechanical properties;in the annealed state,it has high plasticity
and is semi-cold-hardened When the plasticity is still good,cold
work hardening low plasticity,good corrosion resistance,good
weldability,poor cutting performance.
5754 aluminum coil belongs to AL-MG rust-proof aluminum It has the
characteristics of moderate strength,good corrosion resistance,
weldability,and easy processing and forming It is a typical alloy
in Al-Mg alloys The 5754 with different heat treatment conditions
is the main material used in automobile manufacturing (car
doors,molds,seals) and can making industry productions.
5083 aluminum coil is the most promising alloy, its excellent
corrosion resistance makes 5083 aluminum coil widely used in marine
applications such as ships,and automotive,aircraft welding
parts,subway light rail,etc,as well as pressure vessels that need
strict fire prevention (such as liquid tanker,refrigerated
trucks,refrigerated containers),refrigeration equipment, television

- l Normally , for Color Coated aluminium , 20MT can be loaded into
20 foot container , we suggest to use 20 foot container , the sea
freight rate is much cheaper than 40 foot container .
- l the packing is very strong , which has 3 lays , thick fiber ,
foam , plastic , enough drying agent ,suitable for long distance
sea transportation.
- l We use wooden pallet and steel pallet according to customer
request ;
- l Wooden boxes will be used in the outside packing .
- l We have fixing in the container to avoid any damage during the
transportation .
