The preparation before commissioning:

1. After installation, clean the dirt with oil.
2. Switch on the power & connect the ground line at the same time, and then whether check the rotating direction of motor is correct.
3. Fasten all nuts & bolts.
4. Add enough lubricating oil to lubrication system in everywhere, and check whether smooth or not.
5. Check the machine controlling device to make it flexible and normal.
6. Install the machine protective cover.
7. Adjust the clearance between the upper and lower edge of the blades.
8. To move the big gear with a manual method before testing the machine, close the clutch to run the machine, and adjust the feeding quantity of the main engine and auxiliary engine on transverse & longitudinal directions, then check whether the action with the pressing frame of main engine is coordinated.
