Product Description:

Compared with traditional heat exchangers, micro-channel heat exchangers have better heat dissipation performance, lower contact resistance, longer air contact time, enhanced heat transfer, no potential difference corrosion, lower flow resistance and lower noise, compared with the traditional copper-aluminum heat exchanger, or the amount of freon charge, the heat exchanger itself is more economical; in addition, the body is light, the volume is reduced, and the energy consumption of the fan is reduced by about half, and corrosion resistance, very environmentally friendly.

 

Microchannel condensers are designed to be used as condensing coils in a variety of air conditioning, cooling and refrigeration applications and equipment. This condenser is specially designed for various refrigerants. The design includes inlet and outlet containers with planar multi-port microchannel tubes and fins. The heads are brazed in a controlled atmosphere furnace.

 

Production Process:

 

Fin stamping →aggregate→header assembly→press forming→degrease spray (FLUX) drying,

Preheating→(NB) →brazing→ forced air cooling →plastic connection pipe welding →helium leak detection→ultrasonic cleaning→coating→ drying →sheet metal assembly →final inspection→packaging

 

Features:

 

The design and manufacture of the micro-channel condenser fin has many advantages over the traditional condenser fin design. One of the most important is: consistency and reliability of the fin after stamping easily broken and deformation, and the use of automatic assembly machine (manufacturing equipment-filling molding machine) to avoid fin deformation and fin spacing is inconsistent. The freezing condition has better freezing performance, which is more than 30% higher than the traditional microchannel freezing performance. Passivation + hydrophilic coating. The frosting performance under frosting condition is 30% better than that of traditional microchannel.
