Product Description:

 

Purpose of fins with valves?

In a heat exchanger, the fins themselves play an important role. On the fin body, grooves are set in the gaps between the refrigerant pipes through the holes, and the grooves and refrigerant pipes are arranged alternately on the fin body through the holes. The condenser fins of the air conditioner of the present invention increase the heat exchange area of the fins and improve the heat exchange capacity of the condenser.

Moreover, it increases the air circulation area between the condenser fins, improves the fluidity of the air, reduces the direct friction between high-speed air and the condenser fins, thereby reducing impact noise and improving the sound quality of the air conditioner. In addition, due to the formation of grooves on the fin body, the sound waves generated by the noise will enter the grooves during the propagation process, and will be reflected inside the grooves, with some of the sound waves cancelling each other, This further reduces the noise generated when air passes through the condenser.

Common Design of Louver Fins:

The ordinary louver type heat sink includes a set of notches that are oriented in a regular manner, used to unidirectionally enhance the turbidity of the air. Until a certain point, increasing the severity of the louver angle improves heat transfer efficiency. After that point, the effectiveness began to decline.

Understanding the directionality of louver fins is an interesting feature. The direction of the blinds must be considered, as incorrect directionality can reduce performance rather than improve it, just like shark skin, where one direction of touch is smooth and the opposite direction is rough.
