Applications:
Application A: Polycrystalline silicon Reduction Furnace
Polycrystalline silicon reduction furnace, also commonly referred
to as "polysilicon furnace", is a type of energy-saving furnace
equipment generally used in the production of polysilicon products.
In contrast to single-crystal silicon and amorphous silicon,
polysilicon has the characteristics of better optical, electrical
and thermal properties, making it an ideal component for solar
cells, semiconductors and other devices. The furnace works by
reducing silicons from mineral raw materials to produce polysilicon
products.
Application B: Low Pressure Casting
Low pressure casting is a metal casting process in which liquid
metal is injected into the mold at atmospheric pressure. Compared
with traditional sand casting, the pressure casting process
produces castings with improved dimensional accuracy, surface
finish and mechanical performance. It is widely used in various
industries such as automobile, aerospace, mining and military
industry. Low pressure casting is usually done on aluminum and
magnesium alloys, although some steel and copper alloys can also be
processed by this method.
Application C: Papermaking
Papermaking is the process of producing paper from various raw
materials including wood and cloth fiber. This process usually
involves a combination of milling, screening and drying processes.
Papermaking is used in a variety of industries, ranging from
printing to packaging, and can be used to manufacture a variety of
end products, including newsprint, writing paper, office
stationery, packaging materials and other cardboard products.
Application D: Bearings
Bearings are used in a variety of mechanical applications to reduce
friction and enable smoother movement of machinery. Common bearing
types include ball bearings, tapered roller bearings, cylindrical
roller bearings, spherical bearings, roller thrust bearings, and
journal bearings. They are used in machines ranging from
automobiles to industrial machinery to agricultural equipment.
Bearing selection is based on several factors, including load,
speed, operating temperature, and operating environment.

Packing and Shipping:
The packaging and shipping of Silicon Nitride Ceramics should be
done with great care as the product is made of a fragile material.
The product should be placed in a sealed box and surrounded by a
layer of bubble wrap to protect it from any impacts during transit.
The box should also be labeled clearly with the product name,
“Silicon Nitride Ceramics”, and any other relevant information. It
should also be shipped in an appropriate temperature-controlled
environment to ensure that the product does not suffer from extreme
temperatures.
