Customized Full Toughened Glass Wall Air Shower Room/ Z Type Air Shower Tunnel
Work process:
1.The non-clean area enters the air shower room,induces air shower,
and leaves the air shower room to the clean area. Do not enter the
air shower
from the clean area.
2. Blowing function: a sensor is arranged at the bottom of the
inlet of the air shower to control the blowing and lighting of the
first area, the
running time is 45s; two sensors are arranged at the top of the
middle to control the second and third areas respectively. Blowing
and lighting,
running time 45s.
3. Set the sensor at the top of the air shower outlet to control
the opening of the glass sliding door and the anti-pinch sensor at
the bottom of
the air shower outlet.
4. The air curtain is installed at the top of the air shower exit.
When the automatic door is opened, the air curtain starts to work,
and the
automatic door closes and the air curtain stops.
5. An emergency stop switch is provided at the outside of the air
shower channel to cut off the power in an emergency.
Feature
Air showers are specialized enclosed antechambers which are
incorporated as entryways of cleanrooms and other controlled
environments to reduce particle contamination. Air showers utilize
high-pressure, HEPA- or ULPA-filtered air to remove dust, fibrous
lint and other contaminants from personnel or object surfaces. The
forceful cleansing of surfaces prior to entering clean environments
reduces the number of airborne particulates introduced.
In the original air shower room on the basis of the abolition of
the door closer, the implementation of the two doors fan linkage
lock, infrared induction automatic door opening system, reduce
contact and pollution sources, to further enhance the level of
purification process, from the real sense to achieve full
automation.
