Heat-conducting oil heating asphalt de-bucketing equipment The
asphalt de-bucketing equipment is mainly composed of the
de-bucketing box, the platform for putting the bucket, the
integrated device for turning the bucket into the bucket, the
heat-conducting oil heating system and the electrical control
system. The internal part is divided into two sets of asphalt
de-bucketing heating and asphalt heating. The heating part is
located in the asphalt barrel room, surrounded by heating coils,
the heating tubes and the asphalt barrel mainly in the form of
radiation heat exchange, asphalt softened by heat into the asphalt
heating room, so as to achieve the purpose of asphalt barrel. The
asphalt heating system mainly relies on the heat-conducting oil
through the steel pipe and the asphalt heat exchange, the asphalt
out of the barrel will continue to heat. So that the temperature
reaches the pumping temperature (110°C). After the asphalt reaches
the pumping temperature, the asphalt pump is started, and through
the asphalt piping system, it comes out from one end of the
off-barrel chamber and is pumped into the other end of the
off-barrel chamber for circulation, so that it can both circulate
and heat up and dehydrate, and is pumped into the asphalt storage
tank after basically reaching the use temperature and no moisture.
In the asphalt piping system, a filtering device is set up to
automatically remove the asphalt trapped in the barrel. The drum is
placed on a platform and relies on the downward pressure of the
cylinder to flip the drum onto the landing gear. The drum is
rotated through the landing gear into the de-bucketing chamber.
