Q: Can we change the size and color based on the original ones?
A: The size and color can be changed according to your demand. Please contact us to get more information about the inflatables you want to alter before production.
Q: How to install the inflatable products if I am fresh?
A: It is very easy to install. Prepare your ground, open the
package of inflatables and air pump. Power on the air pump, then
inflate the product.
Q: How to pay?
A: Western Union or T/T or L/C at sight (only for orders more than
$50000), 50% down payment before production, 50% balance before
shipping.
Q: Your blowers and pumps meet CE/UL requirements?
A: Yes, our products have CE certificate.
Q: What is the producing time?
A: According to the order quantity. Regularly, 1 piece takes about
one week, and the large quantity takes about one month. However, it
can be depending on the design and the size.
Q: How about the shipping?
A: We have our own shipping company, so we can offer the more
suitable price and service. And the shipping agent you appointed is
also acceptable. The inflatable goods can be sent by air or by sea.
The approximate transit time by air is 7 work days maximum and by
sea 20-30 days. Air charge is different form different countries.
Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 6-15 days.
