This product is mainly used for steam activation of various kinds of materials. Those materials include coconut shell charcoal, palm shell charcoal, apricot shell charcoal, peach shell charcoal, walnut shell charcoal, bamboo charcoal, hard miscellaneous charcoal and other sources.
The materials are reheated at high temperature during the activation process. To ensure this process is carried out in an air isolated condition with accurate temperature range. When the materials enter the steam section of the activation furnace, a small amount of high-temperature water vapor is instantaneously sprayed on the surface of the materials. This will open the pores in the material and make it fully react with the steam. Furthermore, it will result in the porous activated carbon with deeper and inward pores.
The activated carbon activation furnace is a complex system that consists of multiple integrated parts. The feeding system transports the carbonized material into the furnace where it is exposed to high temperature heating. When the temperature reaches the desired level, the material is sprayed with water vapor which causes the creation of holes on the surface of the carbonized material, ultimately producing the activated carbon product.
After production, the product is cooled with the cooling system after which it is ready for packaging and storage.
