The oiling machine is composed of four parts: mechanical part, electrical control system, oil supply system and positioning system. The main characteristics of the oil coating machine:

1. The high-precision moving part is controlled by servo motor, and the error is within 1mm, which fully ensures the control of the uniformity of oil film in the process of oil painting.

Since there is no special requirement on the quality of demoulding oil, it can be applied to any kind of demoulding oil. The oil amount can be adjusted according to needs. The normal oil amount can be 0.28kg/m, and the minimum oil amount is 0.18kg/m.
