Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order as long as it is not under processing.We would make a full refund for you or credit it for your new order.But if the order is under processing or already packed well,you need to pay a certain packing fee

Can I add, change or remove items in my order?
If the order is not under processed, you are able to contact us to add, change or remove the items in your order
If the order is in processing, to change or remove items is unacceptable
But to add products or increase the quantity is feasible. This will take longer for packing

How can I check my order status?
Our sales will send you tracking number after shipping and they will aslo inform you when packages arrive in your country
