Features of Pneumatic Injection Pump

Installation method of Pneumatic Injection Pump
1) Before connecting the gas pipeline to the pump intake pipeline,
please clean the pipeline port first, then open the gas to blow the
impurities in the pipeline once, and then connect to ensure the
cleanliness of the gas source.
2) Pay attention to observe that there should be lubricating oil
(No. 20 oil) in the lubricator, observe the observation cup on the
lubricator, and adjust the handle to make the oil dripping speed
about 5~6 drops/min (the new pump has been adjusted when it leaves
the factory). When refueling, first remove the cover, push down the
black button on the oil cup of the lubricator, remove the cover of
the oil cup, and then refuel.
2) Connect the two slurry suction pipes to the slurry suction port
respectively, and fasten them with pipe hoop or iron wire to
prevent air leakage.
3) Connect the two high-pressure pulp pipes to the high-pressure
tee outlet with a U-shaped card.
4) Prepare a clean water tank, no less than 100L, and fill it with
clean water (special cleaning agent for chemical slurry).
5) Place the two slurry suction pipes and faucets in the clean
water tank, and at the same time place the slurry discharge pipe in
clean water.
6) Open the intake valve, at this time the plunger rod of the
pneumatic grouting pump should reciprocate, and the two grouting
pipes should discharge clean water respectively.
8) After 1 minute of trial operation, if there is no abnormal
phenomenon, you can connect the two grouting pipes to the combiner,
the high-pressure valve, and the grouting orifice pipe to prepare
for grouting.
9) Before the formal grouting, please make preparations for mixing
the grouting materials and cleaning with clean water after the
grouting. For the grouting materials such as cement slurry, it is
required to stir evenly. Pump.
10) When working, adjust the air pressure by adjusting the round
handle of the pressure-reducing valve (the pressure of the working
air source can be adjusted to 0.63MPa) and adjust the reciprocating
speed through the air inlet valve (if grouting for a long time, the
reciprocating stroke should be controlled at 30 times/min).

characteristics of automatic variables, that is, when the grouting
pressure is low, the grouting flow rate is automatically maintained
at a large value, and the grouting flow rate is automatically
reduced when the grouting pressure is high. Traffic is minimal.
11) At the end of grouting, the suction and discharge pipe should
be placed in clean water immediately, and the clean water should be
sucked and discharged for no less than 10 minutes to ensure that
there is no residual slurry in the pipeline.
