Mortar sprayer operating procedures

1. Before starting the cement mortar spraying machine, press the hand oil pump several times to inject oil into the transmission part.
2. After turning on the power, first power the main motor to check whether the rotation direction of the rubber screw is consistent. If it is inconsistent, replace the power phase wire (this check should be carried out every time the power is reconnected).
3. Connect the conveying hose and nozzle, add 5L of clean water to the hopper, start the motor to pump out the clean water to wet the hopper, pump the body and conveying hose, and stop after most of the water is pumped out.
4. Start the air compressor first, open the air valve, and add putty or paint into the hopper to start spraying.
5. It is strictly forbidden to idle in the hopper without material or water.

Routine Maintenance

1. After work, the mixture and other debris adhering to the outer surface of the reducer should be cleaned up in time;
2. The shotcrete machine needs to be shut down for maintenance every 8 hours.
3. When the spray stop time exceeds 10 minutes each time, the spray gun and slurry pipe should be cleaned in time, and the spray gun should be disassembled, cleaned, installed, and debugged in strict accordance with the instructions, so as to maintain the excellent spraying performance of the spray gun.
4. Regularly clean the dust exhaust fan blades and air ducts to keep the dust exhaust smooth; clean the spray booth once a month; remove the paint on the conveyor belt in time, and adjust the tightness of the conveyor belt.
5. Regularly clean the dust on the main box, ventilation cover holes, power supply, and other components to keep the heat dissipation good and the components work normally; keep the photoelectric grid glass clean, and the photoelectric detection is accurate and reliable. Change the lubricating oil of the continuously variable transmission every six months, and lubricate the bearings in each shift.
