Introduction of Synchronous lifting jack
Synchronous lifting jack is a new type of large-scale component lifting equipment, which is mainly composed of a lifting jack, hydraulic pump station, and control system. The principle is to integrate the prestressed anchorage technology with the hydraulic jack technology, anchor the steel strand through the anchorage, and then use the computer to centrally control the flow and oil pressure output by the hydraulic pump station, drive the piston of the lifting jack to extend and retract, and drive the steel wire. The stranded wire and components are lifted and lowered to achieve the overall synchronous lifting and lowering of large components.

Working Principle of Synchronous lifting jack
The synchronous jacking system is composed of an electric motor, high-pressure hydraulic pump, fuel tank, operation control system, jack and oil pipe, diverter, etc.
The flow of a pumping station is output through the diverter and provided to each execution cylinder respectively. The displacement control system controls the lifting speed of each cylinder with load according to the feedback signal of each different measuring point, so as to realize the whole concrete continuous beam body. synchronous jacking action.

Attention to when prestressed anchors are tensioned
1. Before tensioning, check whether the reserved holes are
unobstructed and whether there is any leakage of slurry in the
corrugated pipe. If there is a leakage of slurry to block the
pipeline, it must be clear. In particular, the bell mouth parts of
the anchor pads at both ends of the tunnel should be cleaned up.
The connection between the bellows and the anchor plate can only be
connected in the square hole at the small end of the anchor plate,
and cannot enter the bell mouth. If there are excess bellows in the
bell mouth, they should be removed.
2. The steel strand should not be severely corroded. If there are
rust pits and pitting, the strength of the steel strand will be
reduced, and the broken wire will appear during tensioning. In the
tension anchoring area, the floating rust and cement slurry mud
sand on the steel strand should be cleaned up so as not to affect
the anchoring.
3. The anchor ring clip must be properly kept at the construction
site, moisture-proof and rust-proof, especially if the teeth of the
clip are seriously corroded, they should be stopped. When the
anchor ring clip is used, it should avoid sticking with mud and
sand.
4. The jack, oil pump, and oil pressure gauge should be calibrated
before use. If the oil pressure gauge is bumped or replaced with a
new gauge during use, it should be re-calibrated. When the
deviation between the tensile length and the design amount is
large, the accuracy of the pressure gauge should be considered.
Jack is strictly prohibited from no-load afterburner.
5. When using tool anchors, be sure to coat a layer of paraffin on
the outer cone surface of the tool anchor clips so that the anchors
can be pulled back.
6. The steel strand between the tool anchor and the tool anchor
cannot cross, otherwise the anchoring will be affected.
