1. Mono strand jack is mainly used for single-hole tensioning. It
can also be used for porous preloading, tensioning, and
troubleshooting, and can be applied to high-strength steel wire
bundles and steel strands of various sizes.
2. Installation and construction are very convenient: no need to
rotate the arbitrarily installed working anchor; no need to rotate
the radial direction of the jack; it is easier and faster to
install the tool anchor plate and tool clamp piece than the
original post-card type.
3. The limit plate, tool anchor and tension jack are separated and
independent.
4. Better stability: the conventional post-card tensioning jack for

Checking methods of Hydraulic Stressing Jack
(1) It is a relatively accurate method to calibrate the jack with
the standard force juice (such as sensor, force ring, etc.) to be
measured. And it is suitable for mobile units. It is recommended
that the construction unit purchase sensors and a resistance strain
gauge, and then make a self-made afterburner to verify the jack.
(2) Use the testing machine to check the jack. This method is a
routine method used by many units.
(3) Two jacks on the item method; use a verified jack as the
"standard" jack, and verify the jack by mutual jacking.
Correction requirements of Hydraulic Stressing Jack
(1) The jack must be marked with the name of the manufacturer,
specification and model, serial number, date of manufacture, and
large weighing.
(2) The surface of the jack must be complete, and no defects such
as blisters, burrs, pores, and cracks that affect its quality are
allowed.
(3) The measuring instruments involved in the calibration device
must be within the period range and have valid verification
certificates.
(4) When calibrating the jack, the oil inlet speed of the oil pump
should be less than 0.1MPa/sec.
