Synchronous lifting jacks are a new form of large-scale component lifting equipment that consists primarily of a lifting jack, hydraulic pump station, and control system. The concept is to combine prestressed anchorage technology with hydraulic jack technology, anchor the steel strand through the anchorage, and then use the computer to centrally control the flow and oil pressure output by the hydraulic pump station, drive the lifting jack piston to extend and retract, and drive the steel wire. The stranded wire and components are lifted and lowered in order to achieve synchronized lifting and lowering of massive components.
Application:
This technology is appropriate for the steel tower mast of the antenna and the gym, swimming pool, hangar, theatres, waiting room (the ship), and other large utility of network frame, roof and steel bridge structures, and large gantry crane girder of the ascent of the whole, as well as the main building of the airport terminal of the ascent of the whole steel roof truss (cover) slip.

The Lifting Hydraulic Strand Jack works by integrating prestressed anchor anchoring technology with hydraulic jack technology, anchoring the steel strand through the anchor, and then using the computer to centrally control the flow and oil pressure output of the hydraulic pump station. The device causes the jack piston to extend and contract (displacement sensor device) and compels the steel strand and component to rise, descend, and constantly translate in order to achieve the total synchronized lifting (translation) and lowering action.
(1) The lifting equipment is small in size, light in weight, large
in carrying capacity, convenient and flexible in installation,
particularly ideal for the lifting of tiny areas or indoor large
tonnage components.
(2), by increasing the combination of lifting equipment, the
lifting weight, span, and area are not restricted.
(3) The lifting height is not limited when using low-slack steel
strands and there are reasonable load-bearing lifting locations.
(4) The lifting jack anchor features reverse motion self-locking,
which makes the lifting process extremely safe, and the components
may be reliably secured for a long time at any position throughout
the lifting operation.
(5) The equipment is highly automated, convenient, and adaptable,
with a variety of operation modes including automatic,
semi-automatic, single-point adjustment, and manual operation. The
display includes a liquid crystal display, a touch screen display,
a button operation panel display, and other features that make it
very user friendly. In addition, the control system has a
self-correction protection mechanism that, even if overused, will
not result in a safety hazard.
(6) Using this equipment for building, the construction time is
short, the cost is low, and the economic gain is good.
Scope of application: hoisting of large building components, hangar
roof trusses, bridges, power station equipment, and offshore oil
platforms, and can also be used for hoisting large and heavy parts
