How to use Double Acting Cylinder Jack
1. If the amount of oil in the pump body is insufficient, it is
necessary to add working oil (10# engine oil) to the pump before it
can work.
2. Estimate the lifting capacity and avoid overloading.
3. Determine the center of gravity of the lifting object and select
the point of jacking force. At the same time, it must be considered
whether the ground is soft or hard and whether it is padded with
tough wood to avoid the danger of dumping when lifting.
4. After the jack lifts the heavy object, the heavy object should
be supported firmly with tough wood in time. It is forbidden to use
the jack as a support to avoid the unbalanced load and the danger
of dumping.
5. When using, first connect the quick joint of the manual pump
with the top, then select the position, and tighten the oil drain
screw on the oil pump to start working. Loosen the oil drain screw
and unload the oil cylinder.

Maintenance matters of Double Acting Cylinder Jack
(1) The bottom of the hydraulic jack should be flat and tough when
used. The oil-free wooden board expands the pressure-bearing
surface to ensure safety. Iron boards cannot be used instead of
wooden boards to prevent sliding.
(2) It is required to be stable when lifting. After lifting the
heavy object for a while, check whether there is any abnormality.
If there is no abnormality, continue to lift the top. Do not
lengthen the handle arbitrarily or operate it excessively.
(3) Not overloaded, super high. When the red line appears on the
sleeve, it indicates that the rated height has been reached and the
jacking should be stopped.
(4) When several hydraulic jacks are operating at the same time,
there must be a special person to command, so that the lifting or
lowering can be carried out synchronously. Wooden blocks should be
supported between two adjacent hydraulic jacks to ensure intervals
to prevent slipping.
(5) When using a hydraulic jack, always pay attention to the
sealing part and the pipe joint part, and must ensure its safety
and reliability.
(6) Hydraulic jacks are not suitable for places with acid, alkali
or corrosive gas.
