Q1.   Do you have any MOQ limit for led tube bracket order?

A1.   1pc for sample checking is available. 

Q2.   Can I have a sample order for the bracket?

A1.   Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. 

Q3.   What about the lead time?

A3.    5-7 working days for sample, 10-30 days for different bulk order quantity. 

Q4.   What is your payment terms?

A4.    T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages befor you pay the balance. 

Q5.   How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A5.   We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
