316L 1um sintered wire mesh filter for water filtration / SS sintered pleated filter
The metal fiber sintered felt is made of non-woven, metallized and high-temperature sintered metal fibers of a micron diameter. The multi-layer metal fiber mat forms a hole gradient from different pore layers, which can be controlled to obtain extremely high filtration precision and a larger amount of dirt than a single layer felt.
It can continuously maintain the filtering effect of the filter cloth, and has the characteristics of three-dimensional network, porous structure, high porosity, large surface area, pore size and uniform distribution. Therefore, the stainless steel sintered felt effectively overcomes the defects that the metal mesh is easy to block and be vulnerable.
It compensates for the fragility of the powder filtration product and the small flow rate, and solves the characteristics that the filter paper and the filter cloth are not resistant to temperature and pressure. Therefore, the stainless steel sintered felt has excellent filtration performance and is ideal for high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and high resistance. Precision filter material.

Application:
(1) Used in extremely high temperatures doing dispersion and cooling.

(4) Used to send blast furnace pulverized coal stream is to make it fluidized and conveyed densely in the systems.
(5) Used in the pharmaceutical industry, washed and driaed.
