KLB-101 CO high (midium) temperature shift catalystis a high-performance product produced through modulation of the promoters, taking iron oxide as active component, chrome oxide as structure modifier.

Applications and operating conditions

KLB-101 carbon monoxide high (medium) temperature shift catalyst is suitable for the reaction of CO and steam generating H2and CO2 in synthesis ammonia and hydrogen plant.

Inlet temperature: 280-360℃

Maximum temperature: 530℃

Pressure: 0.1-5.0MPa

Dry gas space velocity: 500-4000h-1

Physico-chemical properties

Two kinds of KLB-101 CO high (middle) temperature shift catalysts with diameter of 5mm or 9mm according to the customer’s demand can be provided.

Low sulfur content in catalyst' body, special time for releasing sulfur can be saved in initial start of large scale synthetic ammonia plant in which high temperature converter is connected to low temperature converter directly.
