Brief Introduction

PP fume hood is made of 8mm thick high quality pure material polypropylene board through integrally welded by the same color welding rod, acid alkali resistance and weather resistance is very good.
The upper part adopts top-hood type air exhaust design, with perfect acid and alkali resistance.
The lower part adopts "U" or "T"" shape strengthening structure, ensuring the whole body solid and reliable.

Features

Upper Hood adopts double-layer structure design.
The outer layer and the inner layer are made of 8mm thick high quality pure polypropylene board, after caved bent treatment into whole cabinet, with strong acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.

- Liner:
The inner side baffles have 2 maintenance windows, can be set with water cock or gas cock, the back baffle can be fixed with guide baffle, the top baffle can be set with lighting and gas collecting device.
1- guide baffle: use bran-new 8.0mm thick welded PP board to make, with strong acid alkali resistance, corrosion resistance, installed in the back
and top of the work space, consists of at least 3 baffles, a gas chamber is formed between the connection between the work space and the exhaust duct to discharge the polluted gases evenly.
the installation size is scientific and reasonable, without airflow dead corner, can get max exhaust gas capture performance.
2-fixture clip: use acid alkali resistant PP material, good anti-corrosion performance, generally azure blue color.
used to combine the guide baffle and the hood body, can be disassembled repeatedly.
3. gas collecting hood: use acid alkali resistant PP material, with strong corrosion resistance, the bottom inlet is rectangle opening, the top outlet is circular opening, with standard air outlet diameter 250mm, can be customized.

- Sash(Visible Window) System:
the suspension device use sync structure

The movable vertical window sliding door is placed between work space and operator to protect the operator's safety, combined with the balance position, the visual window sliding door can stopat any active point;
The field of view can be completely clear and unobstructed.

- Electrical System:

The LCD control panel is set with buttons for power supply, socket, lighting, fan and operating indicator light, etc.

- Ventilation System
1-Fan: according to the actual use requirements, use PP material axial fan or centrifugal fan, acid&alkali resistance, weathering resistance, with noise less than 65dB, installed on the top of the fume hood; PE centrifugal fan is optional to be installed outdoor.
Air Outlet diameter: Φ250mm
2-Duct (including, T duct, reducer, elbow): made of PVC or PP corrosion-resistant material, directly discharged outside the wall or to the designated location. (sizes are determined on site)
3- Manual or electric air valve can be selected according to the actual situation.

Worktop
the worktop is made of 8.0mm thick PP board, which adopts integral welding molding with the cabinet body.
Equipped with splash board to prevent liquid from overflowing, good waterproof, acid and alkali resistance.
Other materials can be optional as per customer's requirement.

Base Cabinet
Made of 8mm thick high quality pure polypropylene panel, after caved bent treatment into whole cabinet, with strong acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.

1. Door Panel: all adopt folded edge structure, solid and firm, not easy to be deformed, and the overall appearance is elegant.
2. Door Handle: use bow type PP handles for laboratory use, with strong corrosion resistance, generally azure blue color.
3. Door Hinge : use PP hinges for laboratory use, with strong corrosion resistance, generally azure blue color.

- Water Cock/Valve use wall remote water valve&nozzle, main body is thickened copper material, high bright epoxy resin coating on surface, anti-corrosion, heat resistance; ceramic valve core, rotate 90 °, the switch life time is 500000 times, static maximum pressure resistant 20; the switch knob is made of high density PP, which conforms to the ergonomic design and feels comfortable.
