ACSR Conductors Dealers for having a wide range of tensile strength as per Client requirement. Has a better corrosion resistance and better strength to weight ratio and improved electrical conductivity

STANDARD

Basic design International Standard including ASTM, BS, DIN, IEC, NFC etc standards.

CONSTRUCTION

ACSR is a concentrically stranded conductor composed of one or more layers of hard-drawn 1350H19 aluminum wire stranded with a high strength coated steel core. The core maybe single wire or stranded depending on the size.

By varying the relative proportions of aluminium and steel, the required characteristics for any particular application can be reached. A higher U. T. S. Can be obtained, by increasing steel content, and a higher current carrying capacity by increasing aluminium content.
