The silicon steel sheet is mainly smelted by oxygen converter, with vacuum treatment of molten steel and AOD technology using die casting or continuous casting method.According to different uses, silicon (0.5 ~ 4.5%) and aluminum (0.2 ~ 0.5%) content is changed during smelting to meet different magnetic requirements.The silicon and aluminum contents of high grade silicon steel sheet are increased accordingly.Carbon, sulfur and inclusions are minimized.
