Fully Biomass Pellet Production Line
This production line is designed for biomass fuel pellets and coarse fiber materials. It contains a wood chipper, wood hammer mill, wood sawdust dryer, pellet machine, pellet cooler, and pellet packing machine, in addition to machines for conveying materials. The selection of machines will vary according to the types of raw material used. For instance, if the raw material is wood sawdust, then the line will require a wood sawdust dryer, pellet machine, pellet cooler, and pellet packing machine. However, for rice husk, only a pellet machine, pellet cooler, and pellet packing machine will be necessary. Wood Pellet Making Machine
This special equipment is used for making biomass fuel pellets and coarse fibers. Its features include a reasonable structure, stable operation, high forming rate, and high output. The main structure is made up of a power part, transmission part, granulation part (mould and pressure wheel are the core components), automatic lubrication part, and air-cooled dust removal part. The gear box of pellet machine adopts three-stage gear deceleration, which enhances the carrying capacity by 5 times than the old model, as well as the service life.

The main shaft of pellet machine is made of 45# steel. It goes through precision casting, quenching and tempering heat treatment after rough machining, to increase the hardness and service life.
Putting a hard tooth surface reducer as the driving motor of the feeding system, the new kicking-out system brings longer life and more stable operation. The disc type discharging pellets offers smoother and better formed pellets.
The pellet machine equips two lubricating systems, such as grease pump and circulating lubricating oil pump, to lubricate the two rollers, main shaft bearings and gear box, material dial part respectively. It also has flow detection and over-pressure protection to prevent any potential equipment failure.
Meanwhile, it is equipped with a cooling fan for gear box lubrication pump, which helps to cool down lubricating oil without stopping the machine, ensuring long-term operation.
Repectively, there are two types of ring die made by alloy steel and stainless steel. It is through vacuum quenching heat treatment to obtain the uniform hardness with no breakage and super wear-resistance. Moreover, the die holes are machined by high-speed gun drilling, which makes them evenly arranged and smooth inside. It can be used on both up and down.
