1.Membrane Press (vacuum press): The Membrane press process is typically used for boards such as MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard. This process is mainly used for producing doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, and other items. With this process, one can cover embossed board and cover five surfaces at the same time. The thickness of the final product is 0.20-0.50mm. The width is 1260mm or 1400mm, and the length is 100-300m/roll.
2.Wrapping Profiles: The wrapping profiles process is used for materials such as wood profiles, aluminum profiles, PVC profiles. These are used for door frames, window sills, base channels, as well as PVC ceilings. The thickness of this process is 0.12-0.18mm, the width is 40-1260mm, and the length is 300-800m/roll.
3.Cold Laminating: The cold laminating process is used for flat panels such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel. This process is mainly used for producing doors and furniture. The thickness is between 0.12-0.20mm. The width is 1240-1260mm and the length is 300-500m/roll.
4.Hot Laminating: The hot laminating process is used for PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel. The thickness is between 0.16-0.30mm. The width is 1260mm and the length is 200-300m/roll. It is mainly used for producing doors, skirting, etc.
5.Self-adhesive: The self-adhesive process is used for sticking something on a smooth surface. The thickness is between 0.10-0.20mm. The width is either 600mm or 1220mm. The length is 5-50m/roll. It is mainly used for furniture and indoor decorations.
