We have many designs to choose from such as wood grain, solid color, marble, brick and so on. The surfaces can be finished in matt, super matt, embossed, high gloss, and soft touch. Customised design and OEM or ODM services are also available.

Applications:

Membrane Press (vacuum press) is used to cover on MDF, particleboard, wooden board, fiberboard, etc, for doors, kitchen cabinet, wardrobe, furniture, etc. And it can cover embossed board and five surfaces at same time. The thickness varies from 0.20-0.50mm, width from 1260mm,1400mm, and length from 100-300m/roll.

Wrapping Profiles is used to cover on all kinds of profiles including wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile,etc., for door frame, window sill, base channel, PVC ceiling and so on. The thickness ranges from 0.12-0.18mm, width from 40-1260mm and length from 300-800m/roll.

Cold Laminating is aimed at covering on all kinds of flat panels, such as wood panel, steel panel, aluminum panel, PVC panel, etc. for doors and furniture. The thickness varies from 0.12-0.20mm, width from 1240-1260mm and length from 300-500m/roll.

For Hot Laminating, it works on the PVC panel, steel panel, aluminum panel for doors, skirting and similar items. The thickness ranges from 0.16-0.30mm, width is 1260mm and length from 200-300m/roll.

Self-adhesive can be attached to any smooth surface for furniture and indoor decorations, with thickness from 0.10-0.20mm, width from 600mm/1220mm and length from 5-50m/roll.

Packing and Shipping:

PVC Laminating Film is typically packaged in rolls with foam protection sheet, kraft paper head, and plastick sheet outside. To ensure that the product arrives in good condition, the roll should be labeled with a warning symbol to indicate that it contains PVC. Additionally, the roll should be sealed properly with packing tape.
