The Membrane Press(vacuum press) is suitable for covering materials on surfaces, such as MDF, particleboard and wooden boards. With thickness from 0.20mm to 0.50mm, width between 1260mm and 1400mm, and the length from 100m to 300m, customers are able to apply this method for door, kitchen cabinet as well as any furniture. This process is also able to cover embossed boards, with efficient speed.
Wrapping Profiles requires customers to have the thickness between 0.12mm to 0.18mm, width between 40mm to 1260mm and the length from 300m to 800m. It is suitable for covering all kinds of profiles due to its flexibility, such as wood profile, aluminum profile, PVC profile, etc. This process is perfect for door frames, window sills, base channels and PVC ceilings.
Cold Laminating needs a thickness from 0.12mm to 0.20mm and a width between 1240mm to 1260mm with length from 300m to 500m. It is able to cover flat panels, such as wood panels, steel panels, aluminum panels and PVC panels, and can be used for doors and furniture.
Meanwhile, Hot Laminating has a thickness between 0.16mm to 0.30mm, a width of 1260mm and a length from 200m to 300m. It is able to cover on PVC panel, steel panel and aluminum panel, suitable for doors, skirtings and lot more.
Lastly, Self-adhesive is the thinnest with thickness between 0.10mm to 0.20mm, width range from 600mm or 1220mm and length from 5m to 50m. It is often used for furniture and indoor decorations, easy to put on all smooth surfaces.
