Steel fence

For all steel fences, the raw materials are pre-galvanized tubes.
The fence panel looks very strong due to good welding. In common,
we fully weld the pickets with the rails. Front, back, left and
right, four sides. The weld looks full and smooth. No welding
bubbles, no welding slag because they will be polished before the
powder coating. Of course, if you prefer the spot welding, it is
available. We can only weld two sides of pickets with spots.After welding, the finishing is powder coated black. The color is
on your requirement.
Galvanizing and powder coating provide a double protection for the
fence panel to prevent rust. That is why the steel fence can have
such a long service life.
The coating layer is very tightly attached to the surface of the
galvanized tubes, and it is not easy to fall off even if you go
to destroy it on purpose.In addition, we can make the gates to match each type fence. Also,
other different designs of gates for your selection. Including
double swing gate, sliding gate and pedestrian gate.

Product packaging

Regarding the packaging details, that is very important to avoid
the damage of the panel surface. So, we put the Sponge membrane or
bubble membrane between each panel. That can protect the panel
surface.After stack the panels on the pallet, we use the very strong
chemical fiber straps to fix tightly the packaging.
When you load or unload them, you only need to handle the forklift
to take packagings into container or your warehouse.
Usually, one 20ft container can load with 130sets and one 40ft HQ
can load with 350 sets.
Please note one set includes 1 panel and 1 post and matched
brackets.
