Product Description

1.Application
Service drop cable (ABC CABLE) is mainly used for transmitting
electric power overhead, extensively used in rebuilding of urban
and forest region electrified wire netting, it improves the safety
and reliance of electrified wire netting.
2.Construction
Phase conductor: round stranded aluminum or AAAC, ACSR
Neutral conductor:round stranded aluminum or AAAC, ACSR
Lighting conductor: round stranded aluminum or AAAC, ACSR
Insulation :LDPE.HDPE. XLPE.

Covered line wireCovered line wire is used primarily for overhead secondary
distribution lines.It is not an electrically insulated conductor
and is treated as bare conductor when installed.

Duplex service dropTo supply 120 volt aerial service for temporary service at
construction sites, outdoor or street lighting. For service at 600
volts or lower at a conductor temperature of 75 °C maximum.

Triplex service drop
To supply power from the utility’s lines to the consumer’s
weatherhead. For service at 600 volts or less (phase to phase) at a
conductor temperature of 75°Cmaximum for polyethylene insulation or
90°C maximum for cross linked insulation.

Triplex Service Drop Wire.
Triplex aluminum wire has three conductors, with one of them being
for neutral path, and two electrodes. The aluminum triplex
cable is an electrical cable meant for power distributions from the
utility lines to the consumer’s premises through the weather
head. It has an operational voltage rating at 600 V and the maximum
temperature rating of 75°C.
Messenger:
Aluminum triplex cable has a bare ACSR messenger. Optional
constructions include a messenger of AAC or 6201 alloy.
Insulation:
Triplex overhead aluminum wire has a black cross-linked
polyethylene (XLP) insulation.
