HOOHA Type-120 Copper Power Wire and Cable Extrusion Machine in Cable Manufacturing Industry

It is suitable for the extrusion of PVC,PE and other plastic
material, .The extruder can extrude single color, double color,
co-stripes,mono layer, dual layer. Mainly applied in the insulation
or sheath extrusion of Automotive cable, cat 5e,6,7,Power cable,
Data cable, Building wire, Electric wire. etc.

One and two extruders: skin/stripe process
Co-extrusion: simultaneously filling and sheathing
Tandem extrusion: two extrusion groups, one for filling and one for
sheathing
Three extruders : skin/stripe quick colour change

Electric Control Box(Manual and PLC Automatic Control, dual control system)

This system makes centralized operation and processing with the
programmable logic controller (PLC) provided by Germany Siemens and
realizes the following automatic and accurate control with some
special modules and components of Siemens.
