Efficient 800 High Speed Cantilever Single Bunching Machine for Power Cable
 
Application: 
It is suitable for special high-speed wire forming, such as various power wires, CAT 5, CAT 6, CAT 7 data wires and communication wires, etc., and completes centralized winding and side winding at the same time.

Configuration:
 Singles stranding main unit, electric control system,Centre wrapping machine, side-way giving wrap & wire device.
 
 Traits:
 * Control tension automatically; Adopt International famous Brand bearing; the machine would automatically brake
 * Computer control pitch non-tension traction wheel,motion wiring,wire cable passing path,increase the traction the traction wheel diameter to reduce the wire cable curve.
 * Stranding main unit cantilever arm structure,revolving body with low rotating inertia,high RPM and and stable speed.
 * The body frame is annealed to eliminate internal stress and is one-step boring by means of precise boring mill.
 * According to the request of customer, the structure could be adopted vertical or European type.
 * Coiling box move trays left and right along the slide way, pitch stable with stepless adjusting, stranding wire cable ranking neat,balance tension.
 * Tray loading and discharging easy with low labor consumption.
