FEATURES:

●Automatic tension control by dual-inverter. ●Zero-slip pilot design, high productivity; good quality finished wire. ●Low power consumption, a reduction of 20% - 25% compared with the traditional type of machine. ●Widely use imported advanced parts and components to ensure high relabilily. 

The Annealing process:

it will be divided into three stage annealing,
 The first is Preheating, it can let the wire heating, Reducing the wire loss due to direct annealing,
 the second is annealing, it can make the wire softening ,
 the third is Cooling and drying, Because of the high temperature and speed, wires can’t cooling to normal temperature rapidly, so our machine design this part .
 the Advantage: it can relies online continuous annealing, automatic annealing speed tracking.
 Low annealing cycle, high yield.
