Coiling machine for Lan cableApplication 
This equipment is applicable for lan cable winding in 8 figure. Every coil is 305m long, and packed in box. The cable is easy to be pull out in the packing way. The blank hole in the coil can be adjustable on PLC.

2. Tension wire accumulator

3. Winding host machine

The frame is welded with square tube and A3 steel plate.
Digital large-pitch cable, program control reserved outlet through hole (aperture size is adjustable), into the loop line of the paper cassette.Pay-off from the outlet through hole without twisting or knotting.
Equipped with a tension buffer device, the high-precision data cable will not be damaged when the equipment is running.
Axle retractable take-up reel, it is convenient to take off the coil after the coil is completed.
Equipped with cylinder automatic crimping device to prevent the end of the thread from slipping off.
Pneumatic coordination program control operation is simple and easy, each working step has protective measures, and there will be no collision or misoperation during work
High-precision meter counting device, the error is not more than 2‰.
Roller shaft mechanism is adopted for the in and out of the wire rod
