High temperature 20 Um 304 stainless steel medicine sintered filter
mesh
Product Description
Sintering is the process of improving the properties of a woven wire mesh by bonding the contact points of all the wires together to form a mesh that is firmly fused in place. This is achieved by a combination of heat and pressure, resulting in a single layer sintered wire mesh.
Our 5-layer laminates are standard and widely used sintered wire mesh. A single layer of fine wire mesh was placed between two thicker square woven meshes, which were then added to two layers of strong Dutch woven wire mesh and sintered together to form a sturdy board. A single layer of finely woven wire mesh is used as a filter layer that can be customized to meet specific filtration grades ranging from 1 micron to 200 microns.
Our main products include
Five-layer sintered mesh
