1. Welded wire mesh machine description:
The production line consists of main welding machine, electrical control cabinet ,repaing table ,repairing machine, bracket for longitude wires, bobbin machine and bobbins.both longitude wire and cross wire can be feeded from wire coils automatically.The raw material is applicable for low- carbon steel wire or stainless steel wire.

3. Welded wire mesh machine feature:
1) Both of the longitude wire and cross wire are fed from wire coils automatically.
2) The raw material is suitable for black wire, galvanized wire or stainless steel wire.
3) It has advantages such as reasonable design, low noise, stable working, easier operation and electro-magnetism speed adjustment.
4) The welding transformers have 8 degrees and can be adjusted for different wire diameters.
5) The welding time and welding current can be adjusted on the control panel to guarantee welding solid

5. Technology:
The warp wires are through screw, into the sparse board and are fixed in the bottom of electrodes. The weft wires is fed from auxiliary engine ,then straightening into the hopper, when wires are reaching pre-set length , they are been cut off automatically

A:Our factory established nearly 30 years.And we have about 35 workers in our factory now.

A:One year since machine was at buyer's factory but within 18 months against B/L date.
