Description:

The tailor made welding roller beds is designed & produced comply with customers special requirement.
Composed by 1power rotator , 1 idler rotator, electric control cabinet & wireless pendant controller.
The power rotator wheel is directly driven by AC motors via gearbox. Wheel rotation speed is variable frequency adjustable.
Wheel center distance of the welding roller beds could be adjusted by reserved screw bolt.
The idler rotator is composed by pedestal, wheel seat and idle wheels.
Special made enlarge 1000mm forged steel wheel, made as per customer work piece specification.
Wilreless remote controller with interlocking reversing systems. wireless control range no less than 100m.
