Brief introduction:

Safety work load 100t tank welding turning roll with variable rotation speed & rubber wheel

Description:

The 100t capacity welding turning roll is composed by pair of rotators, 1power & 1idler. Each rotator load capacity is 50t.
Power rotator is including pedestal, twin power wheels & electric control cabinet enclosed at side of the rotator.
Idler rotator is composed by pedestal & twin idle wheels.
The wheels center distance could be manually adjusted by reserved screw bolts, suitable for diverse diameter tank from 1000mm to 5500mm.
The power wheel of the welding turning roll is driven by AC motor, via special welding rotator using gearbox transmission.
The wheel surface coated with high stress polyurethane cushion mounts to absorb shock loads and prevent gear box damage.
The welding turning roll is controlled by a wilreless remote controller with interlocking reversing systems.
