Arc welding robot welding production line description
After the welding production line is widely used, the welding
process becomes highly efficient, flexible, automated, and
intelligent.
This is because the welding robot production line connects multiple
workstations and transforms them into a complete production line
through the workpiece transfer line. Although it is a whole, the
production line still maintains the characteristics of a single
station, and each station can weld the predetermined workpiece with
the selected workpiece fixture and welding robot program.

the fixture and the program, this line can not weld other

1. For the arm, max payload is 10kg, besides, we design the welding robot base according to 20KG load, more stable during welding, no shaking.

Generally in the market, there are 3pcs of RV reduction gears and 3pcs of harmonic drivers for robots, but our welding robots have 4pcs RV reduction gears and 2pcs of harmonic drivers, more strong rigidity. The RV reduction gear in the bottom is 50C, which its carrying capacity, torque and speed ratio all are more bigger, equivalently 20KG configuration, in that case ensure the robot don’t shake.
3. The 5th axis and 6th axis of robot use double circular spline harmonic drivers, (now in China market, almost factories use single circular spline harmonic driver because of saving cost), the harmonic rigid and torque of double circular spline is 30% bigger than single one.
4. The coordination and consistency of robot are more better than other companies, because all core spare parts are R&D by ourselves and got patents, , not like other companies buy spare parts here and there, just assembling, it’s hard to control quality.
5. The last but most important is that the repeated positioning accuracy reach to 0.03mm, tracking accuracy to 0.3mm, equal or higher than ABB, KUKA, FNUC and Yaskawa.
