Fully automatic chain link fence machine includes main machine,weaving machine mesh rolling machine and border wire treating machine as well as all related accessories,it can produce many different hole size of the mesh with different molds.The machine is controlled by PLC system,we can set the length of the fence by PLC program.

1. We add a motor to automatically adjust the width of the wire mesh, so that we can input the wire mesh width on the screen directly, which is very convenient.
2. The mesh rolling system is equipped with brake device, so the wire mesh will not reverse even if machien is stop.
3. The wire bobbin uses heavy-duty type, which increases the height and diameter of the round pipe, so that more wires can be placed and disordered wires can be prevented.
4. Wire feeding device is equipped with wire detection system, when the wire is used up, there will be an alarm to reduce the scrapped wire mesh.
5. The control system adopts cantilever type, which can be moved easily and is convenient for workers to operate the machinery.
