Product Description

The ceramic sleeve-lined pipe is sintered at 1700 as a whole, and the density, hardness, and wear resistance are greatly improved. The service life is several times that of ordinary steel, and it has strong corrosion resistance. The lining is used inside wear-resistant pipes, especially suitable for small-diameter lithium power station pipelines. The overall wear-resistant ceramic pipes or ceramic sleeve-lined pipes made of them have very strong corrosion resistance, tight connections, smooth inner walls, and are not easy to accumulate materials.

The ceramic sleeve-lined pipe is composed of a steel pipe layer, viscose filling layer, and ceramic anti-wear layer from outside to inside.

1. Steel pipe layer: The elbow is formed by SUS304/316 integral hot simmer bending. Compared with welded elbows, it has a beautiful appearance, smooth airflow, and stronger pressure resistance.

2. Viscose layer: special viscose for ceramics, strong shear force, and good construction.

3. Ceramic layer: Customize the radian according to the curvature radius of the elbow, and each section of the ceramic tube is connected by the head and tail sockets.

Industry application

Lithium battery is mainly composed of positive electrode material, negative electrode material, separator and electrolyte, etc. The positive electrode material is an important part of lithium battery and the cost accounts for about 50% of the whole battery. From the experimental data, the wear amount of manganese steel is 0.0532 grams, the wear amount of high chromium cast iron is 0.0343 grams, the wear amount of wear-resistant ceramic tubes is only 0.0002 grams, and the wear resistance is 266 times that of manganese steel, which is high. 171.5 times that of chrome cast iron.

 

Is ceramic tougher than steel?

The hardness of alumina ceramics is higher than steel. The Mohs hardness of ceramics is 6.5 to 9.0, and the Mohs hardness of iron is 4.0 to 5.0. Therefore, the hardness of ceramics is greater than that of iron.
