Strong toughness (excellent impact resistance): The wear resistant ceramic has introduced Cr2O3 and TiO2, which are very similar to the Al2O3 crystal lattice, in the formulation, and added ZnO whiskers imported from Japan’s Toshiba Corporation to form with Al2O3 during the sintering process. The solid solution plays the role of refining crystal grains, promoting sintering, and improving fracture toughness. The fracture toughness of alumina reaches KIC≥4.8Mpa.m1/2, and the fracture toughness of zirconia ceramics is KIC≥7.5Mpa.m1/2, ZTA The fracture toughness of ceramics is KIC≥6.0Mpa.m1/2. At the same time, the rubber layer added under the ceramics has good elasticity and has good cushioning ability against the impact of bulk materials.
