What should be paid attention to in the installation of hydraulic water well drilling rig

1. When entering the construction site, the drilling equipment shall be fixed, the drilling area shall be larger than the seat of the drill, and there shall be sufficient safety space around. 2. When drilling, construction shall be carried out in strict accordance with the position, direction, angle and depth of the hole. Hydraulic water well drilling rig shall not be modified without authorization. 3. During the installation of drill pipe, check the drilling equipment to ensure that the drill pipe is not blocked, bent, and the steel wire mouth is not worn. It is strictly prohibited to unqualified the drill pipe. 4. When loading and unloading the drill bit, strictly prevent the pipe clamp from clamping the cemented carbide parts, and strictly prevent the flat drill bit and the core pipe. 5. When installing the drill pipe, the second one must be installed after installation. 6. When drilling with clean water, water supply is not allowed before drilling. After the water returns, the drilling pressure can be increased. Ensure that there is sufficient flow, dry holes are not allowed, and the amount of rock in the holes should be increased. After the actual drilling, you can stop drilling. 7. The distance shall be measured accurately during drilling. Usually, the drill pipe must be measured every 10m, or the drilling tool must be changed to verify the drilling depth. 8. The gearbox, bushing and vertical shaft gear are free from overheating. If there is any abnormal sound, stop the problem immediately, find the cause and deal with it in time.
