Track classification

 

The tank track can be divided into two types according to its structure: metal pin hinge type and metal rubber hinge type. Metal rubber hinge can be divided into single pin type and double pin type.he metal pin type crawler has simple structure, the pin and pin hole are directly dry friction, wear fast, and short service life. During tank maintenance, it is often found that the track pin is grinded into a "Tomatoes on sticks" shape. The track pin is also one of the wearing parts.The metal rubber articulated track is vulcanized with multiple rubber collars on the metal pin and pressed into the track shoe pin hole. In this way, there is no direct friction between the track pin and the track shoe pin hole. When twisting, only the rubber collar produces elastic torsion, with low noise and long service life. Of course, the structure is also complex and the cost is high. The double-pin metal rubber track connects the two pins of the two track shoes with the end connector. The force is good and the disassembly and assembly are convenient, but the structure is complex, which is the main track form on the main battle tank

 

Product Main Applications

 

Rubber track chassis is mostly applicable to small light industry and small construction machinery industry. Light industry is generally agricultural machinery within one ton to four tons. The construction machinery industry is mainly used in the small drilling industry.

The range of use and service life of steel track and the selection of working conditions are relatively broader. It is composed of steel track, shoe wheel, guide wheel, roller, chassis and two traveling reducers (the traveling reducer is composed of motor, gearbox, brake and valve body). Generally, for example, the drilling rig is arranged on the chassis as a whole, and the walking speed of the crawler chassis can be adjusted by the control handle, which can make the whole machine realize convenient movement, turning, climbing, walking, etc

 

Routine maintenance 

 

1. The machine shall be cleaned before the end of each shift to remove the gangue and other debris in the middle of the track.

2. Check and tighten loose track shoe bolts and connecting bolts of structural parts every shift, and replace damaged ones in time.

3. Check whether each pipe joint leaks oil and whether each hose is squeezed or worn.

4. Check the return oil filter every shift within one month after the new machine is used, and replace the filter element according to the situation. After one month, replace the filter element once a month. (The filter element is made of paper, a few low-value consumables, and cannot be reused after cleaning)

5. Check the condition of hydraulic oil every shift. Observe the level of the liquid level gauge on the auxiliary oil tank and replenish the oil in time. Too low liquid level will cause premature failure of the triple pump suction. Hydraulic oil shall be stored in special sealed containers. During ground maintenance, oil should be added to the system through the oil filter. At the construction site, oil must be added through the oil return filter on the top of the auxiliary oil tank of the machine. The oil filler should be cleaned with a cloth that does not shed wool before refueling.
