1. Brief Introduction
The mixed flow turbine
Frictional water turbine is a kind of counterattack water turbine,
invented by the American engineer Francis in 1849, also known as
Francis turbine.
Water flows into the runner radially from all sides, and then flows
out of the runner approximately axially. The runner consists of an
upper crown, a lower ring and a blade.
In recent years, the development trend is high head, large
capacity, high specific speed and high efficiency.
The mixed-flow turbine is suitable for the range of water head from
20m to 700m. The structure is compact and simple, the operation is
stable, and the efficiency is high. It is one of the turbine types
widely used in the world at present.
Single machine output from tens of kilowatts to hundreds of
thousands of kilowatts.
