Ferric Sulphate Powder Introduction:

  1. Ferric sulphate is a high efficient phosphorus removal chemical agent, after dosing into the waste water, the Fe3+ react with water solubility phosphate and form non-soluble salt and precipitation, in this process, the ferric sulphate hydrolyze the polynuclear complex, and generat hydroxide, which can form large flocs gather together, and adsorb phosphorus components contained in SS.
  2. Our ferric sulphate produced by advanced spray drying method, has high Fe3+ content, high effective components,it is very easy to be dissolved in water,the insoluble substance is very low,it has strong removal capacity for turbidity ,COD,BOD,SS,heavy metal and etc, has good decolorizing effect, strong flocculation capability, phosphorus removal, selenium removal,sludge thickening,struvite control and ordor control,and etc.
  3. It is an excellent for drinking water production, wastewater treatment, phosphorus removal applications, struvite control as well as sludge conditioning.
  4. Can be used in discolouring, dehydrating, deodorizing, degreasing, sterilizing as well as discarding heavy metal iron, radioactive substance and carcinogens in the water, and eliminate COD, BOD, and color.

Application Method:
  1. The user can allocate remedy concentration by test and determine the optimum dosage according to different to be added after they are dissolved and diluted.
  2. The dilution ratio of liquid product is 5-50%, and the dilution ratio of solid product is 2-20%.
  3. The liquid product dosage is 3-40kg/1000 tons water, and solid product dosage is 1-15kg/1000 tons water.
  4. The amount of specific dosing is based on coagulation tests and experiments.
Package & Storage:
  • Powder packed in 25kg P.P woven bags with inner PE bag.
  • Storied indoors in a dry, ventilated, cool place, and do not get wet.
