Drinking Water Filling Line/Liquid Filling Line

a. Our water filling line mainly including: Washing-filling-capping 3 in 1 machine, lamp inspection, label shrinking machine, inject date printer, hot shrink film packer and conveyors. It is a full automatic production line.

b. Our water filling machine is used in the non-carbonated beverage filling operations. It includes the function of bottle washing, filling and sealing. The whole process is finished automatically.

c. Our machine can be used in filling bottled mineral water, purified water, still water, distilled water, etc. The machine can also be used in hot filling if being installed with temperature controlling device. When change the bottle shape, only little accessory in the machine need to be changed.

d. The filling operation is faster and more stable because the micro pressure filling operation.  

e. International brand PLC and transducer have been used in our machine, all the machine running speed can be controlled according to customer requirement.

f. With the filling speed 32000 bottles per hour, all our machine is running very stable, because every accessory of our machine have been inspected strictly with photo electricity;
