The production is made with one-piece die to save costs. The ECD series aeration disk uses a new type of ethylene propylene diene rubber membrane (EPDM). When compression molded, each cavity is equipped with a separate thermocouple. This process gives manufacturers complete control over the quality of each diffusion film. SSI also ensures that each membrane's perforations are of uniform depth for even air release. The unique mechanical hole cutting technology greatly increases the number of membrane holes per unit area, ensuring that the perforations of each membrane have a uniform depth to achieve uniform air release, and ensure good opening and closing performance for one million times. The EPDM membrane we use has low plasticizer content to reduce hardening and shrinkage, while avoiding creep to achieve better aeration effects.
