                              Ironing method                                  

 

1.  Site preparation

1. Preparation of hot connection power supply and cable;

2. Prepare 2 electric soldering irons;

3. Operators and supervisors are in place;

4. Large volume will occupy a large space after the completion of pressing and jointing of inclined pipe packing, and the stacking site shall be reserved in advance;

 

2.  Ironing operation

1. Open the packing of inclined pipe packing, place the first piece of inclined pipe packing flat on the ground, take the second piece of inclined pipe packing on the first piece of packing, check the cut of inclined pipe packing, ensure that the angle is 60 ° and in the form of hexagonal honeycomb, and start to heat the bonding point after checking;

2. All the plane joints at both ends of the hexagon honeycomb shall be hot welded, and the two plane joints on both sides shall be hot welded for more than four points, and the welding for more than four points is required in the middle of the two inclined tube packing planes to ensure the welding is firm;

3. Pay attention to the operation rhythm, control the temperature, and do not miss the number of welding points;

4. Each packing of inclined pipe is used as a separate ironing unit, which shall be stacked orderly on the site after ironing;

5. During the break, the power supply of the electric soldering iron must be cut off and placed safely;

 

3.  Safety matters

1. Pay attention to the safety of life and prevent scalding and electric shock during the hot joint;

2. Ironing operation requires at least two people to be present, assist each other and cooperate with the operation;

3. Ironing operation is required to be carried out on an open site, and there must be a supervisor during construction;

4. There must be no inflammables on the hot joint site, and there must be fire-fighting facilities on site;

5. In case of any accident, report it in time, and give an alarm in case of emergency.

 

                               Product Features                             

 

1. The treatment efficiency is higher than that of the activated sludge process. The general hydraulic load is 100-200m3 / m2 / day, and the organic load is 2000-5000g / m3, so the occupied area is reduced.
